In regards to shipping, there are widespread delays when it comes to international shipments. We ship all our products from our warehouse in Lancashire, UK, meaning unless you are ordering our products from around the UK, there may be significant delays with shipments depending on where you are situated. All our products are sent with tracked shipping, and we would be glad to keep you updated regarding any, and all shipments progress / delays. If any shipments are lost, or misplaced throughout the shipping process we would be happy to provide you with a refund, or replacement depending on the situation, and your preference.
