Shipping Policy

Montadesso offers free shipping for orders over our set minimum. We currently have no minimum set on orders for free shipping. Free shipping is available to customers in the US, UK, and Europe.

The buyer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address when making a purchase. Montadesso is not responsible for any loss or (partial) loss of any order due to a mistake made by the buyer. If we need additional details too complete an order, we will contact the buyer for that information. However, this can lead to a delay of the shipment.

Montadesso will make every effort to deliver the order within the expected delivery period to the delivery address provided. If there is a delay in shipping, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible after placing the order. In the case of a delay the buyer has the right to cancel the order and request a refund. Montadesso carries the risk of loss or damage of the shipment until the package has been delivered to the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

When the buyer receives a product that they have not ordered, they should inform Montadesso of this as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receipt of the order) by e-mail. The buyer will arrange for the return of the product after consultation and will be reimbursed for any costs incurred.

If the buyer is left unsatisfied they can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. They will be refunded the full amount of the product. However, the cost of returning the products will not be reimbursed.

If the buyer receives a damaged or incomplete product, they should contact the Montadesso customer service as soon as possible. This can be done via or through the contact form located on our website. We will then proceed to resolve the issue. In most cases you will receive a new product immediately, but in some cases you may also need to return the damaged product first. If the customer returns the product without first contacting us (Montadesso), they may lose the right to any reimbursement for that order.

If the order has been lost during transport or if the buyer claims not to have received the order (even if this appears from the tracking information), we will begin an investigation into the matter, and trace back the package whereabouts through the relevant carrier. In order to keep customers completely satisfied, Montadesso will provide a suitable solution for the customer as soon as possible. Usually we will first wait for the investigation to conclude, and then based on our findings we may send a new product or refund the customer for that specific order if we conclude that the order was in fact lost. Both the customer, and Montadesso must fully cooperate with the carrier during the investigation proceedings.

If a shipment has not yet been delivered to the buyer’s delivery address within 14 days of the shipping date, they are expected to contact Montadesso via e-mail within14 days (ie no later than 28 days after the date of dispatch).
